Founded in 1955, the American Rental Association is the international nonprofit trade association for equipment rental businesses and manufacturers and suppliers of rental equipment. They are the world's leading source for information and research, business resources, education, networking and marketplace opportunity for the equipment rental industry.
For 50 years, the Canadian Rental Association (CRA) has been working side-by-side the American Rental Association through the promotion and support of the Rental Industry within Canada. The CRA is the source for information, resources, tools and benefits for rental company owners and their staff. They also regularly provide networking events through regional associations for rental operators and employees to learn how similar businesses are functioning.
The International Live Events Association (ILEA) was founded in 1987 and is dedicated to the evolution of the Special Event industry and the people who work there. ILEA Canada provides a forum for event professionals in all disciplines across the country to network, learn and exchange best practices with other event industry leaders from around the world.
Restaurants Canada is a national, not-for-profit association representing Canada's diverse and dynamic restaurant and foodservice industry. Their members comprise 30,000 businesses in every segment of the industry, including restaurants, bars, caterers, institutions and their suppliers. They work on their members' behalf with all levels of government in support of a strong restaurant industry that contributes jobs, investment and a wide range of culinary choices to communities across the country.
