Last year we introduced square spun polyester tablecloths to our inventory. Spun polyester has a higher thread count then our regular polyester tablecloths – making it thicker and more luxurious. The square spun polyester tablecloths are often used as table overlays so that banquet halls and event venues can use regular (less expensive) polyester linens on the tables with square overlays that are more expensive overtop. We heard from our customer’s that there was also a need for spun polyester in rounds and rectangles. I’m pleased to announce that we now have the following sizes in stock and available in our Mississauga warehouse:

• 60” x 102” rectangle spun polyester tablecloth – in white – fits a 6ft table with a half drop
• 60” x 126” rectangle spun polyester tablecloth – in white – fits a 8ft table with a half drop
• 90” x 132” rectangle spun polyester tablecloth – in white and black – fits a 6ft table with a full drop
• 90” x 156” rectangle spun polyester tablecloth – in white and black – fits a 8ft table with a full drop
• 90” round spun polyester tablecloth – in white – fits a 30” low cruiser table with a full drop

We have been noticing more and more custom size wood folding table requests in the past year. Banquet Halls, Rental companies and hotels are looking for wood folding tables that specifically fit their space or usage requirements.

We’ve had requests for 5ft square wood folding tables, 10ft wood folding tables, 3ft x 8ft wood folding tables, 8ft round wood folding tables and much more.

We’ve been able to work with our wood table manufacturer to meet orders for 36” x 8ft wood folding tables and 8ft round wood folding tables. We can’t guarantee that our wood table manufacturer can make all custom size wood folding tables but we’re certainly willing to help you out and see what can realistically be manufactured. If a table gets too big (for example) the manufacturer may need to make it a fold in half table to make it easier to transport and store.

Chair covers are a great way for brides to really pull together an event venue or a room at a modest budget. Because of this, banquet halls, party rental, golf courses and other venues should think about investing in chair covers to help sell their event space. A bride who doesn’t like your event chairs (but likes your staff and the rest of your space) will be more likely to book their event with you if you can provide chair covers.

Satin banquet chair covers are made of satin fabric. They often are available in a number of colours and give a flowing, elegant look to a banquet chair. They tend to have a shine to them and reflect light well.

Spandex Folding Chair Covers

Spandex folding chair covers are similar to the spandex banquet chair covers in that they are also made of 190 gsm spandex fabric. They tend to fit a standard Samsonite style plastic folding chair – however there are also others that fit the more industrial style metal folding chairs. The spandex folding chair covers are great for dressing up a standard folding chair.

Universal Chair Covers

Universal chair covers work with any chair as they can be tied at the back to make the fit a more slimming line. Because of its universal fit, it is a very easy to use chair cover. Simply place over the chair, tie and go.

Chiavari Chair Covers

Chiavari Chair Covers tend to be sheer in design to allow the elegance and luxury that chiavari chairs are synonymous with shine through. They’re often embroidered, ruffled, or feature a sash to add a bit of extra pizazz to the event without allowing the Chiavari Chair to be seen.
