Back in March we announced our new collection of Banquet Chairs would be in stock. We initially brought in Black textured and Navy Blue Patterned banquet chairs. They were so popular that we’ve already had to order another container – and with it comes a new colour of Banquet Chair.

Last year we introduced square spun polyester tablecloths to our inventory. Spun polyester has a higher thread count then our regular polyester tablecloths – making it thicker and more luxurious. The square spun polyester tablecloths are often used as table overlays so that banquet halls and event venues can use regular (less expensive) polyester linens on the tables with square overlays that are more expensive overtop. Then in the middle of May we announced our new sizes of spun polyester in rounds and rectangles. I’m pleased to announce that we have added black spun polyester to the following sizes and that they are now in stock and available in our Mississauga warehouse:

60” x 102” rectangle spun polyester tablecloth – in white & black (new) – fits a 6ft table with a half drop

60” x 126” rectangle spun polyester tablecloth – in white & black (new) – fits an 8ft table with a half drop

90” round spun polyester tablecloth – in white & black (new) – fits a 30” low cruiser table with a full drop

White resin folding chairs, black resin folding chairs, and mahogany resin folding chairs are a versatile and durable event chair that have proven themselves time and time again. In fact we’ve sold tens of thousands of these chairs in the past 10 years. They have some fantastic benefits and are one of the reasons why they are our most popular event chair. Check out some of their positives:

• Easy to clean – generally because of their material they can be washed with a swipe of a cloth, and some soapy water. Tough stains can be easily destroyed with a Mr Clean Magic Eraser.
• Can withstand being outdoors – because of their resin material, water doesn’t affect them the way it would a wood folding chair with a similar look. They can be left outside overnight and picked up in the morning. This makes party rental scheduling easier. That being said we wouldn’t recommend leaving them outdoors 24/7. They’re not indestructible.
• Easy to maintain – the only complaints we tend to have with these chairs are the screw covers can fall off. We sell replacement screw covers to compensate for that so that you can keep your chairs looking good as new. Other than that, maintenance is easy as any scratches are hard to notice with a resin that is the same colour through to its core.
• Seats can be easily replaced – if a seat gets stained with a tough unforgiveable stain, seats can be easily replaced to keep the chair looking like new and avoid paying for a new chair.
• Stackable – Unlike wood folding chairs that can stack but require bungee cords or ratcheting tie downs to keep secure, resin folding chairs lock into the chair beneath it when stacked. This makes it an easy, stackable and portable solution for organizations who need to transport these chairs.

Party Rental Companies, banquet halls, convention centres and hotels all need a large number (at least 10-12 event tables to have a 100 person event) of event tables in order to seat corporate events, conferences, and weddings. There are definitely table manufacturers out there that can custom make folding tables for you – but there are also event table suppliers out there that specialize in keeping stock for organizations buying event tables in bulk. When you want to outfit your folding event tables with table skirting how can you figure out what size table skirt you need if you don’t already know? Here’s the guidelines below:

4ft rectangle table

Most 4ft rectangle tables are 4ft by 30 inches wide therefore to ensure you have the proper amount of skirting you need a 13ft long tableskirt (at least). How did I get that number? Side 1 is 48 inches, side 2 is 30 inches, side 3 is 48 inches and side 4 is 30 inches. 48+48+30+30 = 156 inches / 12 inches per foot = 13 feet

6ft rectangle table

Most 6ft rectangle tables are 6ft by 30 inches wide therefore to ensure you have the proper amount of skirting for ample coverage you need a tableskirt that is at least 17ft long.

8ft rectangle table

Most 8ft rectangle tables are 8ft by 30 inches wide therefore to ensure you have the proper amount of skirting to cover your entire table you need a tableskirt that is at least 21 ft long.
